Determining what should be built.
Determining how it works and how it looks.
Building the technology.
Making it smarter with AI, automation and data.
Four stages, in order. Every project moves through all of them — the difference is how much of each it needs.
Not an agency.
A technology partner.
Technology should compound. Build the right system once — then keep making it smarter.
Have something worth building?
Say what it needs to do — the rest is what this studio is for.
itscjayofficial@gmail.comQ&A
Can you work with what we already have?
Yes. Existing platforms are audited first, then improved or extended — a rebuild is recommended only when it genuinely pays for itself.
01 / 08What happens after launch?
Every build ships with a maintenance path: security updates, monitoring and continued development. Nothing is launched and left.
02 / 08Project or retainer?
Both. One-off builds are scoped and delivered; longer engagements run monthly. The work decides the shape.
03 / 08Who owns the work?
The client. Code, content and accounts are handed over in full — ownership is never a lock-in lever.
04 / 08Where do you work from?
Larnaca, Cyprus — working with businesses across Cyprus and the UAE, and remotely where the work calls for it.
05 / 08Startups or established businesses?
Either, when the ambition is real. The work here ranges from first storefronts to AI platforms piloted inside law firms.
06 / 08Do we need a technical team?
No. The technical side is handled end to end — updates arrive in plain language, and no jargon is required on the client side.
07 / 08How quickly can we start?
Kick-off follows a scoped brief — usually a matter of days, not months. Smaller pieces move faster still.
